Sure, George Washington is wondering how far the Constitution would get his party despite not particularly caring for the Whig Party, but it appears that no political party aligns with "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." Furthermore, grab your hot sauce out your purse and turn up Cardi B. Oh, but first find a space you can twerk in because political campaign season has sprung out again and propaganda is at an all-time high, intersectionality with artificial intelligence we are in for a freedom ride - no Rosa Parks bus sit-in scenes or scripts to quote. Be sure to fill up your tank because the fuel for freedom is subject to run out any given moment now. Big Tech has turned your dreams into a dark twisted nightmare, but your prayers aren't welcomed on those platforms. If you were suspended from the Twitter social media platform before Elon Musk made the $44 million purchase that's a strong vital sign that your freedom of speech will not be welcomed in thy site and goes against the Neurolink square space spectrum for exercising your free will which is protected by the Constitution but has no rhyme or reasonable standing against Big Technocrats operating in the United States and the United States of America.

There are contracts, closing cost, clearing of title, but the key element missing in the home purchasing process is clearly communication. Whether the mortage lending company prefers to communicate through a 20th century means over a landline, or 21st century way through email or smartphone, communication is a critical component and element in the homebuyer's process. Having a checklist is incredible but if there isn't much discussion about the next steps in the process than chances of meeting your closing date can be concerning. Yes, the purchase price is a key point in knowing what one can afford but if the lender doesn't discuss the conditions of the loan changing, the buyer would be under the impression that states the approval to close the contractual agreement on that specific date would be met without it being a daunting task or disappointment. Adding effective communication to your portfolio can prevent unnecessary profile spending that could have gone towards fixing up any items found on the inspection that could use modification updates. Purchasing your first home shouldn't be misleading and miserable. This isn't a cheap thrill but more of a firm foundation and investment for your family or other important reasons. Communication is just as important as credit when conducting a home purchase transaction. How would one know they qualify for a loan to purchase a home without some form of message or communication received? Like chemical compounds create bonds for cures, not having clear concise communication can create a combustion of hidden cost not agreed upon as the condition for the terms of securing the home loan. Moreover, she has been huddling with various Committees allowing all sorts of measures for restricting human services for DC residents starting at housing accommodations. Living with family is fantastic but eventually many have future plans of starting their own family along with self-sufficiency getting their own apartment, condor, house, or renting. Furthermore, living with family doesn't mean you're a leech, or "two women shouldn't be living together," it just means more time to love unconditionally and learn more customs, traditions, and family values. Because of the assessments done at the Virginia Williams Resources center carried over for further resource needs provided by MBI Homelessness Prevention Center wasn't for homelessness prevention, the category created a window of opportunity for the District Government to provide mix messaging housing accommodations. Ms. Hill has always had a plan despite the DC CFSA Bayer's 8 months experience. The American journalist was instructed under the guise of mental health observation to appeal her ERAP 6-months housing approval decision for the FSRP program, which was more suitable for the case management conditions. Ms. Hill wrote an appeal for the FSRP program, a housing provision she should've qualified for back in 2019. However, DC Attorney General Karl Racine can elaborate on what barriers to housing prevented that, and it was based on his April 7, 2019, petition to have the American journalist hospitalized. Self-sufficiency and sustainable housing were the goals of Ms. Hill. These were her own goals set at the MBI Homelessness Prevention program which was the reason for her to appeal the ERAP housing decision. Ms. Hill was granted program participation with a puzzle attached to the provision because she was told one price point while leasing up over the phone due to COVID-19. Meanwhile, once Ms. Hill received the paperwork the price was different. Moreover, she had the option to make her rental payments at Wells Fargo bank or Dc Housing Authority office. It took the housing program in the District of Columbia over 6-months to locate a case manager. Ms. Hill would have to report a monthly budget, asked if she made the rent payment, along with showing the tidiness of her dwelling as a requirement for receiving the housing benefits. The irony of such circumstances considering Ms. Hill didn't put herself in the situation. She was forced to act upon the conditions the bad actors created and carried out for big data characters and 90-day chats. So long to sitting under courage in a Zoom chat! The DC Council has overreached and breached their Charter contractual obligation, but let's continue. The American journalist was having to provide all her personal data to a program that didn't distribute her housing file to the case manager until after 6-months. She didn't find any useful meaning in a monthly report and showing her apartment to a program case worker considering the program assessment and evaluation based the need on the mental health petition ordered by the DC Attorney General. Back to Designing Housing Barriers The barriers to affordable housing are still persisting and ongoing to this present day despite the open border invitations welcoming people to America from all across the world. This is fascinating but the fact is that the American journalist shouldn't have been treated so inhumane. Ms. Hill was bribed by PRM group and its underwriters and experts of 24 years of experience. The PRMG expert waited less than 24 hours before the American journalist signed an agreement to close on her first home March 25, the underwriter had to request additional information. This causes the sellers of the home to extend another offer for Ms. Hill to purchase the home on March 31, 2022. PRMG deliberately and intentionally mislead Ms. Hill, her agent, and the title company causing them to sign agreements that didn't occur. Ms. Hill even had to pay over $500 for a home inspection along with over $600 for a home appraisal. If the PRMG lender has 24 years of experience, why on January 3, 2022, "Congratulation! You have been pre-approved. I am comfortable with issuing a Pre-Approval Letter based on your credit profile. The letter is attached. The next step is for the underwriter to review everything for the Loan Commitment," changed less than 24 hours before the second attempt to close on the home. Ms. Hill had to adjust to being pulled in so many directions with expectations placed upon her by the 24 years of experience the lender couldn't measure up to. Ms. Hill provided PRMG loan experts and underwriters with the appropriate documentation required considering she was pre-approved December 2021. The American journalist has been living with infestation of rodents which is against the law in DC, so these conditions also prioritized her self-determinations goals. The PRMG lender bribed and deliberately mislead Ms. Hill on two occasions when she was scheduled to close on her home. It is very convenient for Mayor Bowser to want to provide First-time homebuyers with benefits after Ms. Hill was taken through an obstacle course not being able to purchase a home after being pre-approved. The only place to address this concern for proper resolve is in the District of Columbia District Court of Law. |
