Saving the best for last, holds true this time with "Risk Taking Women in the Arts." A conversation series which has set the tone for more talks to come that focus on reversing the marginalization of women in the fine arts. Laughter, love, and a whole lot of legs and thighs are just some of the features which makes this dynamic duo Joyce J. Scott and Kay Lawal-Muhammad shinning stars on or off the stage and most of the time showing at an exhibit near you such as "Walk a Mile in My Dreams." The synergy was on display for the audience to witness in its purest form and not rehearsed. Similar to their performance which were captivating, bone chilling, that could cause one to do a little soul searching but it was from a place of love, such as the refrigerator! Friends, chemistry, and comedy given straight from the heart is what one will hear. Being gracious and master collaborators, making props for the stage was so intense and a great way of how to give and share with community. Joyce J. Scott's mother Elizabeth Talford Scott played a vital role inspiring her to pursue the arts and create a legacy. And 50 years later, she and her mother have exhibits at the same museum. Before such powerful moment, Whoppi Goldberg was the revelation that a one-woman show was possible and gave the dynamic duo the confidence to curate themes like "Thunder Thighs." The visuals by Joyce J. Scott of all the characters, full body and funny that's what the audience expected. "You must be willing to reveal," expressed Joyce. Most chatter in the early 1980's was regarding the way a women's body should be shaped and a Virgina slim cigarette wasn't the standard for the duo. They focused on feeling good about yourself and finding your greatness. Joyce has some concern about women being naked, and this constant twerking that didn't make the scene. There are so many aspects of the arts and being sexy is just one form of expression, part of a vast creative society. Kay shared that the obsession and addiction to food, a refrigerator gave reverence to the stage performance. Fatness in a time where Twiggy was the body standard, they took colorism on and talked about it in Sarah Barkman. "Do we think about who's looking at us, and the judgements they're making," expressed Joyce. Women who manifest a new body for themselves to have a body sort of like Sarah Barkman is the beauty standard now, while looking back at what black people thougth beauty was. The refrigerator was full of knowledge with the freezer serving wisdom and wealth. The sexual component of food was served during their show. To be in control of food becomes a deep friend who can destroy if not careful. Furthermore, walking around in your body, color of skin tone and shape of thighs gave the women extra confidence. "Elevating the young, lifting the arts," is the legacy Kay wants to leave behind. "If not now, then when," expressed Joyce of creating and expanding your contributions to the arts with "the audacity to be me is my legacy," expressed Joyce J. Scott. Her exhibit will be featured at the Baltimore Museum of the Arts until mid- July.

Technology has been showing very telling signs that it can take many upgrades for a desired protocol to fully carry out the functions. And a quick fix doesn't solve for much movement along the network. It does afford assistance with managing and organizing data, but when it isn't responsive frustration can surface especially if a task is time sensitive. Moreover, the mechanics of machine learning has matured since the floppy disc days or Windows installment. The modules are still being materialized for better or worse. Meanwhile, its concepts can be mesmerizing. Perhaps under the assumption that access affords opportunity to network freely without any messages being rerouted back to the starting point. Not certain why the platform Instagram which is classified as social media networking constantly goes through content, which was shared over 100 to 200 weeks ago, but that is what occurred. The message suggested it will delete random videos which content or sounds should be block in certain countries. Who owns sound on such platform? Well that depends on various specifications such as where it derived from, its origin. Furthermore, its use can be viewed as the central process unit for deleting videos that account holders share. It's a challenge for artificial intelligence to recognize character traits which is why you must code like your life depends on it. Neither can it identify compassion to determine that the sound in the content was not derogatory or attempting to infringe upon ones copy. In fact, there was mainly emojis used as captions. The content displayed the sounds in the gym or while walking and in a car. Despite many of the social media platforms being a replica of the other TikTok doesn't flag your videos from 100 to 200 weeks back, they instantly remove the sound and send you a notification. At least that is a more decent standard and approach. Sharing the sound through a content video doesn't subtract any value from the original sound it has the potential to resurface on the music charts. Needlesstosay, the direction technology is going can't be predicted when every 3 months an update rolls out so uncertainty can be the best place holder for its trajectory. Taking a moment to reevaluate its measure performance which determines the capacity to carry out the command without a prompt suggesting a network issue would be satisfactory standard. Technology is supposed to be efficient in time management, seamless in networking connections and performance. Now that Microsoft Office has managed to remove the operating system from the factory settings model for consumers to purchase in a bundle format for all your word processing needs in case Google Docs isn't accessible. What will it take for technology to function as its advertised? Perhaps to move beyond a beta testing phase upgrading to a more alpha phase so the full capacity is in use. Not sure about you but looking forward to the day technology functions as it was designed and doesn't designate itself as a parent randomly deleting content videos that pose no harm. After all, content is KING, but if account holders are flagged for copyright and not being able to recognize the context, then it's a joker. Top 10 songs in Instagram music observance for over 100 weeks:
Music is a universal language that has a variation of melodies, tones, vibrations and frequencies which makes people feel good or put them in the mood to feel better, and City Neighbors High School has the right pitch. CNHS music instructor Mrs. Paylor shared the meaning of this year's theme "learning to block out negative distractions that causes another to be influenced by the way they view themselves, by the way they perceive themselves, but those negative distractions do not determine who you are as an individual, and tuning in to who you truly are." After adjusting sounds on instruments, reading sheet music during rehearsals and practicing dance moves or lines for a part, all of the students were ready to showcase their hard work and it truly paid off, leaving the crowd very pleased with the performance, "Tuning Out Tuning In," a great sensation. Waiting all year to get lucky is what most might want to think about when it comes to St. Patrick's Day, but in Dundalk, things are a little different! The weather was fitting for a parade and the people did come out to the colorful celebrate the occasion which is considerably special to the area. Through poetic stanza author Maya Angelou expressed why the caged bird sings. In song his eyes are on the sparrow, and in times of uncertainty, the phoenix rises from the ashes; but having a bird's eye view of the environment around you is beautiful. Going on adventures such as birding can give one more insight about the surroundings. Friends of Masonville Cove in collaboration with Baltimore Birding Club gave some basics of birding and how to locate bird's during a nature walk. A pair of binoculars for this experience really makes birding exciting. Nancy O'Hara a member of the Baltimore Bird Club who co-lead the event allowed participants to see the Bald Eagles that call Masonville Cove home in the nest through her binoculars. That was an incredible view and very rare. Masonville Cove is the nation's first Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership, with beautiful waterfront public trails and home to green building nature center. One fundamental technique taught by Mr. Gingerich is to "listen and look while birding." This is really important because bird's move so fast that you can hear them one minute and see them take flight the next. This technique also allows one to learn which bird's make distinctive sounds. Birds have a very big personality no matter it's structure or size. Do birds' of a feather really flock together? Yes, they do and it is amazing to see through binoculars. Bird's express themselves through various ways, but the most obvious are through chirping sounds and how they take flight and even land. Birds are a fascinating specie. And more than 33 species were spotted on Saturday's birding nature walk at Masonville Cove. In 2019, the Bald Eagles decided to make Masonville Cove their place of comfort and created a nest that is quite massive in size. The structure, feathers, bill and claws are all key indicators in identifying birds, but it doesn't always give clues as to how the bird is named. They build their habitat better known as a nest with various ecofriendly material found in its environment such as sticks, grass, leaves, and mud. Some birds perch on wires to relax and figure out the next destination. What type of bird would you consider being for a day? What would your climate look like? Would you want more of a dry or wet climate? What material would you build your nest with? Because the geographical location is Baltimore, Maryland, and if Edgar Allen Poe had to pick which bird he would be for a day, certainly it would be a Raven over an Oriole even though their nest is shaped like a snow cone cup. Crows aren't typically considered a first choice or favorite bird, but they do have distinctive sounds. Shrubbs help with the restoration and habitat for migration of birds. "It's impressive to see this environment," ladies attending the nature walk expressed. The red wing black birds made sure to put on a performance before it was time to walk back to the Great Room. Martin Luther King, Jr Day was celebrated in such a unique way at the Walter Museum in Baltimore on January 13th. Artist, poets, and musicians alike had a chance to express their interpretation of Dr. King's legacy and made it a remarkable afternoon to remember. Author and Poet Unique Robinson curated the celebration at the Walter Museum where she serves as a steward. "Don't pour out no more liquor, we need an elixir," was a very profound piece of Robinson's poem written for Dr. King's legacy. "He did more than "I have a Dream" speech. He was against war and on this day it's important to make that statement," Unique Robinson shared with the audience. This poem along with others can be found in here latest book "Not in Service." She wrote this book at a time her life was in transition riding the bus and is dedications derives from a generation that refused to die. The celebration of Dr. King continued with sensational singer and DJ Esi Ambercrombie. Educator and Poet Kenneth Something gave a jaw dropping performance through his personification creating a story for inanimate objects which aide in unpacking culture of a country who allowed lynching to happen. And phenomenal artist and musician Black Assets contributed to the celebration with an outstanding performance and poem. The book signing for "Shattered Glass on the 8th Floor A Digital Media Pioneer's Memoir," was held during Women's History Month at the Enoch Pratt Central Library in the Poe Room. After publishing over 200 original digital news beats it was time to really apply my pen pressure in a different market sector beyond civil litigation documents and share a miraculous memoir with the world. On any hot or cold day, a glass of water is refreshing. Coming in at number 2, Most Memorable Moment of 2023 is clean water. Roughly 13 years ago I developed a water purification project which would aide in sustainable drinking water. The project afforded me the opportunity to travel to Indonesia and develop some fantastic relationships. Furthermore, clean water deserves investment and the pipes could be replaced especially in cities such as Baltimore, Maryland. Moreover, the efforts from the project did expand and today the Ministry of Inspiration is proud to provide water quality testing for people that want to take action today and not wait until a boil advisory to know what's in their water supply. Water is not only beneficial for the body is also has many healing properties and qualities, especially at the beach. That body of water always provides the perfect amount of therapy and relaxation. Be sure to plan ahead and get your water quality test today! Not sure if the US has made it to the outhouse at the Tobacco farm since the State of the Union Address delivered by Joseph Biden. But the Black Farms sure have been deprived, disregarded, and at a disadvantage when it accounts to accessing loans and other resources. Farming was not as fascinating nor a fade for many while going to grade school, but many didn't know what they were missing until they had an opportunity to taste the foods grown on the land. Now that farming has regained its popularity in the 21st century the only person who's been able to gain a function to resources has been former computer guy Bill Gates.
Furthermore, the focus of the Biden Administration has been on sausage making if you let Donna Bazile tell it. While, the Press Secretary would suggest the administration hasn't disregarded the needs of Black Farmers in the United States. Not sure how they prioritize the business of America, but Black Farmers is coming in at number 3 for the most memorable moments of 2023. In an economy where some earn off of buzz words such as equity more than equality, but actually making an investment would ensure equity is established not extracted. Coming in at number 4 is RICH juice bar which open in the Cherry Hill community providing vitality through natural pressed juice, specialty smoothies, while providing employment opportunities for the youth.
