Now that everyone had a chance to display their dance moves at Governor Wes Moore's inauguration, it's time to get down to business at hand which is the Comprehensive education plan for Maryland. The Appropriations Committee held a virtual briefing on today to touch bases on the Blueprint's development and what Marylander's can anticipate in the future. "When you see the term all that's what we're trying to achieve all students are career ready and college ready," expressed Chairman Dr. Ike Leggett. The comprehensive blueprint plan is comprised of 5 pillars with the first given priority to early childhood education.
The Committee has worked diligently and tirelessly with limited staff to get the blueprint to the school buildings and its stakeholders. There is a 7-member board who oversees the blueprint comprehensive plans with 4 Advisory Committees made up of 24 members who were elected. Along with the need for prioritizing early childhood education for 3- or 4-years old students will now expand inclusion for those with disabilities, experiencing homelessness, and English learners to receive pre-k funding per the Accountability Implementation Board's recommendations which are more of a technical change than legislative. The board adopted the blueprint on December 1, 2022. AIB's technical changes only allowed for adjustments within the regional plans itself, no significant changes were made outside of those. The main Committee concern was ensuring that the state has high quality and diverse teachers to afford the early childhood initiative be an overall success. "Increasing teacher diversity, is there any collaboration with HBCU's and Maryland State Institutions such as Goucher College can serve as source from teachers to classroom," asked Committee member Gaberiel Acevero. Chairman Leggett expressed that Advisory Committee members "have work with the State board on a number of things to enhance it, and Bowie State has a robust plan to enhance minority teachers." Chairman Leggett informed the Committee that he didn't want to build up the wrong expectations considering the plan has taken many years to arrive at the blueprint phase for presentation. Del. Nino Mangione was enthusiasm about the plans and wanted to know more about "a realistic timeline, and investments from Kirwan." By the end of the Summer would allocate enough time for a matrix which would outline assessments. The Committee believes its success is by way of using a football analysis, with the first year reaching the 5-yard line, to measure success. The question was raised of absolute improvement which is in relation to how far away and relative improvement based on Districts, of measuring the success could present challenges for county's that have to match funding, and Montgomery County and Howard County have faced this issue. There were 35 public meetings held as of today with regards to the Blueprint for Maryland's Future. At these meetings participants provided comments and addressed any concerns. "Now it's up to you all to implement it," stated Chair and Delegate Ben Barnes of House Appropriations Committee. Furthermore, "by the end of 10th grade you have to be college and career ready, and going to be a north star for us, and pretty ambitious," Chairman Leggett shared of the plans overarching goals.

There is more too Martin, the man, father, preacher and civil rights leader than mobilizing marches from Birmingham, Alabama to Washington, DC. Moreover, some are still stuck on the Selma bridge waiting for a #Buildbackbetter opportunity despite Senator Cory Booker walking a few non-citizens across the border for various purposes. What were Martin's morals like? We have heard countless renditions of his famous "I have a Dream Speech," but what was the content of his character?
Considering his contributions to the American societies on the civil rights front, his courage isn't often the center of many quotes. But that doesn't stop them from being used. What would Dr. King say about the recent unveiling of "Embracing," statue to honor his legacy? Lean not to thy own understanding perhaps, but art often imitates life in flattering ways. When you are writing a beautiful poem and adding "-ing," then changes the word to a suffix. That then denotes the action which is a result of a product, or material. Various parts of speech in a sentence structure inform us of the action which is taking place or not. And a period would indicate the completion of such action. We know that history places more emphasis on Dr. King's marching than his moral character. Marching is the action verb. A hug is much more different from marching, and it too is an action verb. Embrace is a mid-14th century word. As a noun it means to clasp in the arms, enclose, covet, handle, cope with, the arms, or the ultimate bribery. Not certain if Coretta is embarrassed at the recent unveiling of "Embracing" because it perhaps misrepresents the "tribe or community," it was intended to serve as a beacon of mountaintop hope for the next generation. "I've never seen anything like this," the man said while protesting outside the library for Drag Queen story hour for the children during Dr. Martin Luther King celebration in Baltimore, Maryland. It's a strong possibility that Dr. King's Dream has been achieved through drastic measures of demonstrating justice, and equality for all without protection. "This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with new meaning "My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my father's died, land of the Pilgrim's pride, from ever mountainside, let freedom ring!" Meanwhile, the messaging for the last 24 months has been "stay safe," but now the children have become the central amusement theme for various projects which can potentially cause adverse reactions or harm if not properly managed. Dr. King went on to further express his dream in the speech with stating "that one day right down in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers." Not sure if he would consider the current climate of little girls now being lovers instead of sisters and little boys being introduced to private part assimilation instead of being brothers. A child's imagination can no longer involve a beautiful utopia with unicorns and candy everywhere. They have been forced with some parental consent to be inanimate objects for pet projects of how to penetrate and corrupt their consciousness at early learning phases so they can grow into such personalities of sexual desires for decent people. There comes a point where ideas and morals have to find some balance between the intersectionality parameters of this society. Sure, passing around buttocks plugs to the 3rd graders will position them to be better scholars and contribute to their communities and society. What better way than to demonstrate what it takes to be a model citizen. Scholarship has turned into sexual orientation and that leaves for an unfamiliar society, which can be detrimental to its inhabitants. "Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but the one who loves their children is careful to discipline them," Proverbs 13:24. The Child Protection Agencies have a different attitude towards the advancement of sexual orientation for children. So long to good touch and bad touch when the teachers are incubating environments in the classroom for all sorts of touch with or without consent. If getting rid of old clothes is considered child abuse, what should classify as coordinating activities to create ecosystems enriched by sexual orientation figures before they can even properly pronounce their alphabets or write out their names on paper. Maybe we should ask Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), if the voting age should be considered at 16, why is it ok for babies, toddlers, and children to be violated in such sexual orientation desires with Drag Queen reading hour at the public libraries during a weekend to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr? Today was a very busy day in Annapolis for the start to the Maryland 2023 General Assembly. The parking lots were full, and many people gathered in the House Building for the swearing in ceremony for the 47 Senators and 141 Delegates. The concerns of the people's progression should be of high priority during this legislative session since that is the purpose for their public service after all. Considering the hallways were crowded it was the perfect opportunity to have conversations about any last-minute pressing concerns that could be presented to the delegates or prospective representatives. The issues in which people and advocates a like deem of high importance are:
Investments are critical and vital for any city or county in this country to thrive and prosper which should be something that is considered essential, and funding should be expedient. The excuse clock has been discontinued and now it is time for quantum leaps of action and delivering on their promise. Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott was in attendance at the swearing in ceremony. He was asked about more access to recreational centers in the communities along with programming at the facilities for the children and youth. The question was of priority to the, and already has some plans in the works. "Since being in office 40 centers have been opened and 5 centers in design now, and these rec facilities are just the beginning." He also has plans for more investment in the Curtis Bay area also.
The Maryland General Assembly serves as the legislative body directly representing the electorate and passes public, general, and public local laws. Revises revenues and appropriates funds to pay for State government services. The General Assembly is composed of 47 Senators representing the 47 districts and 141 delegates serving a 4-year term. Baltimore City 45th Legislative District is represented by Senator Corey V. McCray (D) and 46th Legislative District represented by Senator William "Bill" Ferguson (D). Washington will gather and waiver for corruption while considering a Select Committee to be clumsy1/10/2023 When the Sunshine Act affords the day light less time to shine, so much arises that we least expect such as the great debate for H.R.12. As long as the resolutions can promise opportunities in the big tech sector or afford security settings in the Meta verse these acts of courage are celebrated and Congress doesn't mind settling for errors in their rules of procedure. H.R 12 establishes a Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government as a select investigative subcommittee of the Committee on the Judiciary.
No doubt it has been a tug of war no boat on the House Floor, as of late having to adjust the rules which will set forth the premise for decorum that has been diminished in recent years almost for a decade, but that is up for debate. Now that other resolutions need some resolve the same Congressional officials who wanted to reserve their rightful place on the Impeachment Committee, have left their clouded judgment and care about H.R. 12. The way in which they cherry pick concerns isn't quite ripe, but it works wonders for those who collaborate for case captions. By the way, who coined the phrase "MAGA Republicans?" And what does that mean to be a MAGA Republican? We should refrain from using terms and phrases that have no meaning to the republic it stands. Furthermore, as if doing away with man and woman wasn't enough devastation. The Whig Party would be pissed off at such radical titles been thrown across the floor for soundbites. Congressman Adam Schiff suggest that H.R. 12 is "an attack citadel of this democracy will do deep damage to national security." From his extensive impeachment work he suggest the H.R. 12 Committee seeks to discredit the FBI, and the greatest threat comes from the extremist. "Kevin McCarthy pushed for Benghazi, now he is at it again." Schiff shared that he knows McCarthy sacrificed a lot for his bid but passing H.R. 12 would be a "body blow to national security." This is a partisan effort to tear it down, damn the consequences Congressman Schiff shared. Some members of Congress have found innovative and clever ways to use the media to carry their water. This is concerning considering they are still attempting to establish a 21st century digital media format to deliver news. Where is the $350 million Facebook injection? The Democrats have been funneling money to shell organization or better yet the creation of new entities. They have tried to wipe out the American cowboy completely. "We all new politics was ugly, and it's time to bring light to the deep state," the gentleman from Oklahoma stated. The gentleman from Massachusetts, Mr. Duncan suggested that the legislation covers the Committee somehow changed on January 6, after 13 speakers votes and would continue an ongoing investigation. After all, at least members of Congress will have that 72 hours rule that he presented which he reminded members about over 20 times since January 9th. "Can we have truth," Congresswoman Shelia Jackson-Lee (D-TX) expressed on the floor, and emphasized that "no one is above the law," and that isn't true but not sure if she is ready for those talks. She still has to get back to the reparations focus group to study the impacts of injustice on prisoners of war classified as slaves in America. Not those brought on airplanes from Afghanistan during the pandemic coronavirus. Now that Georgia has counted all the votes, Congressman Hank Johnson suggested that "Donald Trump had his hands in this insurrection protection." And that H.R. 12 is here to disrupt the flow of justice, and this is a dangerous piece of legislation. Because the big tech play came from Georgia, it would be of dignity and honor to establish such Committe, and it is their duty to perform such obligation to the American people whom they work for in the event they forgot. That is over the arch of moral justice perhaps when the players of Washington have to weigh out all their options of corruptions on the table for discussion. "Today were putting the deep state on notice, we are coming for you on behalf of the American public," shared a member of Congress. Washington has been conducting itself as if the Constitution affords them the right to assemble special task force groups through critical government agencies defacing infrastructure that have been dedicated to denying due process of the law for American's. And for all those who don't want to support H.R. 12 are either lawful or willing participants in the circus acts which have been performed over an extended period of time, dating back to 2016 to be exact. The inner workings of Washington extend far wider and beyond the border crisis which Vice President Kamala Harris has no proper plan for but "we did it Joe," is the best she has to offer. Peace be unto you in this season because many demons are on a prowl with a swift urgency to see the spectacular works of their lord and savior Satan. A demon is an evil supernatural being, or a persistently tormenting person, force, or passion. Preferably no longer a secluded or secular movement but by far very sacred to those who support such belief systems. And as bizarre as it may sound, it is their lawful right to worship. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and petition the Government for redress of grievances," is the First Amendment which allows people to participate in their religious and spiritual activities. The color red is most often associated with symbolic representation for many things such as the blood of Jesus. Love is often in the shape of a heart, and even Satan is often depicted as a red being with horns. It also symbolizes to be alert. And it ignites desires of expression through passion, flames. How rationale or what reasoning is Satan always depicted as a red being with horns? Satan is more prevalent now in the 21st century than when 13th century Pagans found comfort in such principles and practices. Religion is similar to art without form or boundaries but has techniques, and the desires of participants are demonstrated on a daily basis or only on Sunday's. Religion is also very regal and often ridiculous for various reasons but according to those who Commissioned the King James Bible didn't believe a participant can worship two masters because God is jealous. If the sun of God is the morning star, Lucifer than who shall be afraid of sun worship? Perhaps, the dermatologist would recommend sunscreen, but the fruits and vegetables do grow from the energy and sunlight. Moreover, what can also be a factor is if the religious participant has accepted the demon into their heart, mind, soul, body, then it can freely consume their spirit. Suppose just having a pure heart free which can balance out on the justice scale is sufficient and will wash away the sins of this cruel world while the society is constantly watching destruction turmoil. But having faith of a mustard seed should keep one in this season. Not to mention, Satan did get some intersectionality support from American entertainer and artist Lil Nas X who gave Satan a lap dance. But first, he had to slide down the polar shift to the pits of an abyss to perform such emalculant art, with a purchase of blood sneakers. He did have some adversities when it came to being rewarded for his works. Not sure why Satan had to sit him down for a longer dance but sitting on his lap hasn't been something that just randomly popped up like an advertisement. It is more prevalent now than in 2014, with plans for an after-school club in Ohio. Through these programs students can celebrate the glorious works of Satan and learn more about how to best worship. Oh, how excellent, are thy to not exclude Satan but create a more open safe space and sacred like the Holy Sacrament. It hasn't been reported if Satan is gender neutral or fluid but is always in raging red. Moreover, very few people are concerned about who has the privilege of sitting on Satan's lap so that's a big leap of faith for some scholars who have found religion to be more secluded since the coronavirus. It was such a pleasant surprise and warm welcome back from the Winter break for Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys, when they were greeted by recently elected Maryland Attorney General Ivan Bates. He brought some morning motivation and inspiration before he was sworn into office, and the boys would open their textbooks ready to learn for the day. Principal Watson was very excited to greet the boys back. And he is very passionate about his leadership at Baltimore Collegiate while being adamant that students have the sustainable and vital resources to ensure their full potential. Being dressed to impress is required at the school and the boys are expected to have their ties on, proper uniforms and shoes. One student forgot to put on his tie before entering the school building, but it was a remarkable moment for Attorney Bates to show him how to tie it. "I feel good," he said after Attorney Ivan had helped him. The day was very special for the students to signify community support, engagement, and commitment to continue to lift up as they grow and eventually graduate. Organizations such as Fathers Fighting for Fathers Community Mentorship (FF4F) whose core mission is to engage with young men were also there to welcome the boys back after the winter break. "It's often said a sign of a great school is when great leaders come to visit the school," said principal Watson before introducing Bates. "My job is to keep people safe," Attorney Bates shared with the students. Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys seeks to promote the finest liberal arts education possible to Baltimore's next generation of young men. And this is achieved through its strategic initiative Reaching, Teaching, and Succeeding with Boys of Color, enriched with leading academics partnerships and pillars:
Loading Videos... Customer service isn't a quality that has a catch phrase for those to use at their leisure. But what you offer is representative of your business model, practices, or morals. Most likely a management function is the best measure of that action. Furthermore, as a business owner you should ensure that you respond to emails, and important aspects of your business to generate revenue and continue to offer services to customers. Perhaps someone wanted a civil war and got more than they bargained for. Congress is like customer service; they are responsible for addressing their constituent service's needs, and the taxes that all citizens pay affords them the opportunity to work in the best interest of the constituent not the multinational corporation considering they too are a corporation- that can present a conflict of interest not adhesion clause bargains. But the question is how did Senator Edward Markey forget to follow up on the email sent to him after the "simple technical glitch" was observed? After all, he was courageous in his conviction about why passing House Resolution 3101 July 26, 2010, was important to our country. Heck, it couldn't have been that critical nor important because he would have replied back from the ipad that he used to inform Congress about the 21st Century Communications Accessibility Act. After all, how many bad actors have performed those unclean hand jobs? Along with how many acts have taken place since the civil action branch matter of Hill v Google and the Gangs. The scene where they should've cared was when the email was sent first before going to the court room. After all, oversight is important and quality assurance prevents any unnecessary antitrust concerns. Furthermore, considering they all wanted to Google Play store for a dash into the Meta verse, now they can validate all their actions for the complaint Hill verse Google Inc., et al, YouTube Inc. et al. The Federal Communications Commission will have to untangle this hideous Google web of deceit. Not many are customer service oriented as they are aggressively sexual oriented for their desires. Don't let #bigtech consume your soul. The machine settings have much more learning to do starting with moral algorithms, they don't have any concept for that creation just yet. According to certain religious scripture readings interpretation not science, suggest that the Lord answers prayers in mysterious ways. And it's always a best practice to be careful when you pray and who you pray for or on because some prayers are answered by benevolent beings. Back in 2010, the plan was to carry out our pilot project "Exchange of a Lifetime." An opportunity for engineering students from universities in the United States travel abroad to Indonesia to aide with installation of water filtration systems. The plan also included an arts component by offering digital media workshops. Well, "Welcome to the Mindy Jo News Show" arrived before the social media conference "When the Press Link Up." Perhaps, that was best considering I would need a body of work to have a conversation piece about. Although, I worked honest and with decency integrity and respect for myself, it wasn't well received among the allege dignitaries in Washington, DC. That didn't stop my pursuit of happiness endowed by my creator, especially in my home, America - the republic in which it stands. It's three strikes and you're out at the old ball game, but the Buffalo Bills had an emergency response matter so it was well within the measure to call off anymore plays on the football field. Furthermore, today is the very first day on the job! The 118th Congress has been off to a charming start with demonstrating much camaraderie across bipartisan aisles. But Oh say can you see, how diverse America has become, however the unity element needs to transcend at the same rate. Diversity does not stipulate inclusion, nor does it translate as equality or unity. It is a representation of their character but let's see how they will serve their constituency. Order was called on the House floor for voting Speaker of the House. However, we can expect a speaker to be confirmed before any bills are brought forth. Congressman Kevin McCarthy (R) was nominated by Congressman Jim Jordan. The gentleman from Ohio was recognized on the floor to say "I think we have 3 objectives to pass bills that fix problems. Our military can't meet mission goals, I have my doubts, and $1.7 trillion never let that king of legislation pass again. We have to past a budget that makes common sense," stated Jordan during his nomination for McCarthy. The third thing which needs to be done suggested by Congressman Jordan is that "oversight and investigations that need to be done," and accountability should be taken into much consideration. More than an olive branch was extended on the floor. Before taking his seat, the gentleman from Ohio quoted one of his favorite Bible verse 2 Timothy 4:7, and encourage his colleagues to keep the faith but the people want action, so "fight, finish, keep the faith," are action expressed Mr. Jordan.
Congressman Matt Gaetz (R) took the time to emphasis and expound upon what it takes to execute such position as Speaker of the House and took into much consideration the eloquent speech by Jim Jordan for McCarthy, that he nominated Jim Jordan for Speaker of the House. The candidate for the position should be of character traits that have done "the right job and not sold shares of themselves for beholden to lobbyist and special interest under Republicans and Democrats," stated Gaetz in his nomination speech. "He wouldn't fight us to put a balance budget on the floor with certain bills to pass to fix the problem, then vote alternatively for bills that have caused the problem," said Matt in his moving nomination for Jim Jordan gentleman from Ohio. The Democratic nominee for Speaker of the House is Hakeem Jefferies. The gentleman from California wanted to rise and nominate Jefferies, Mr. Pete Aguilar (D) "we are unified in our support for him," expressed Aguilar. Not sure what Jefferies constituencies portfolio is looking like for the past 7 years, but the Congressional Black Caucus can give a record of account of his work and legacy for such position. The speaker of the House has brought some officials to tears, others had to paper shred the State of the Union Address with their bare hands, and taking time to be with family was suggested by another Speaker, so the next Speaker of the House will be? |
